I have been living in New York since 2004 and started studying court reporting in 2005. I started studying court reporting at Business Informatics in Valley Stream, New York. Later, I transfered to New York Career Institute in Manhattan and finish my studies there.
I started this blog because I wanted to share my experiences studying court reporting, because it can be quite frustrating. This field was virtually known to me before I found out about it (and started studying). I couldn’t find any blogs on court reporting at first, so I decided I’d start my own.
Everything I’ve written about here are things I though others in a position similar to mine would find interesting—or funny. With stress and frustration comes a great deal of humor. There was hardly a day that something hilarious wouldn’t happen at school. So enjoy!
